About Us

The Johns family has resided in Farmington, MO, for over 40 years. Steve, the builder in our family has built “spec” homes for over 15 years. In 2009 we formed Johns’ Properties LLC, building “spec” and custom homes in the subdivisions of Boulder Ridge, Buckhaven and Springbrook Park. Lots and homes are available in all three subdivisions.
